We are bringing you our best ever selection of single orchard craft ciders. This 9 Cider Selection Box includes:
Monk’s Ford x 2 - Strong vintage single orchard cider. This cider is made from traditional cider varieties including Yarlington Mill, Dabinette and Chisel Jersey from our Monk's Ford orchard. The juice is fermented in small French barrels and matured for over a year before bottling.
The cider is rich and full bodied with soft tannin and a hint of oak. The strength is 7% abv.
Fenny Castle x 2 - Vintage Reserve Dry single orchard cider. This cider is made from traditional cider varieties including Major, Stoke Red, Yarlington Mill, Dabinette and Chisel Jersey from our Fenny Castle orchard. The juice is fermented in small American barrels and matured for over a year before bottling.
The cider has vibrant acidity and is medium bodied with soft tannin and a hint of oak. The strength is 6.5 % abv.
Little Burcott x 2 - New release dry single orchard cider. This cider is made from traditional cider varieties including Yarlington Mill, Browns, Sweet Alford, Dabinette and Chisel Jersey from our Little Burcott orchard. The juice is fermented in stainless steel and matured for over a year before bottling.
The cider is soft and apply with silky tannin with a perfumed aroma. The strength is 6.5 % abv.
Yarley Hill x 2 - Medium sweet single orchard cider. This cider is made from a blend of traditional cider varieties from from our Yarley Hill orchard.
The juice is fermented in stainless steel and matured for over a year before bottling.
The cider is medium bodied with a fresh apple flavour. The strength is 6.5 % abv.
Single Barrel x 1 - This is our super premium craft cider. Each year we select the best barrel of cider to be reserved and aged for a secod year in the barrel to produce our Single Barrel cider. The extended ageing in American oak barrels softens the acidity and tannin and brings complexity and depth to the cider. It is rare to find a cider with this level of maturty. The strength is 6.5 % abv.
Botles are packed in air cusioned packaging ensuring the cider reaches you in perfect condition.
